In 2020, Operadora Hotelera Dominicana (OPHDOM) was founded, marking the beginning of a new era in hotel management. With a team of experts, we seek to transform the sector in the Dominican Republic.

Foundation of OPHDOM
Founding of the company with the goal and vision of 2030 to manage at least 30 properties in the Caribbean and Central America, collaborating with the most recognized international brands. Inauguration of the first hotel.

2023
Growth and Success
The company's second and third hotels were inaugurated in the heart of Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone and in the new destination of Montecristi.

Evolution to NEXUM
- To meet our customers' needs, we launched the Singular and Condos sub-brands.
- Inauguration of the first hotel of the Singular brand.
- Modernization and internationalization. Inauguration of the first Condo Hotel of the Condos division.

Future Vision
Future hotel openings in the Dominican Republic:
- San Francisco de Macorís: La Quinta by Wyndham (late 2025).
- National District: Wyndham Grand Everest (2026).
- Jarabacoa: Registry Collection (2026).
- Cap Cana: Dolce by Wyndham (2027).
